Each piece is graded from a size 10 base, and our size guide gives finished garment measurements rather than body measurements.

If you are unsure, send us your bust, waist and hip measurements using the form below and we will advise before you order. We would rather help you choose correctly than correct it afterwards.

Every piece is made to your order in our London atelier. If the fit is not right, we will work with you to correct it. In most cases this is an alteration. Where alteration cannot achieve the correct fit, we will remake the piece in the correct size.

Please contact us within fourteen days of delivery. The garment must be unworn and in its original condition. You cover postage returning the piece to us, and we cover postage returning it to you.

This applies to the core collection. Bespoke commissions are made to an agreed specification and are final.

Yes. Any piece in the collection can be made in a cloth of your choosing. Tweeds, other cloths from the Loro Piana house, or a fabric sourced specifically for you.

This is one of the advantages of making each piece individually. Nothing is cut in advance, so the choice of cloth remains open until your order is placed.

Alongside the core collection, select bespoke requests can be accommodated. This may include an existing design made in a different fabric or colour, or an entirely original piece developed to your specification.

You will receive confirmation of your order by email. Your piece is then cut and made individually in London, which takes three to six weeks. We will be in touch when it is ready for dispatch.

Each Paget piece is handmade to order in London. Please allow three to six weeks for your garment to be completed before dispatch.

Delivery within the United Kingdom is complimentary. International delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout.
