Each Paget piece is handmade to order in London. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for your garment to be completed before dispatch.
If you have a specific deadline or event in mind, we encourage you to get in touch before placing your order.

We do not routinely offer discounts, as each piece is made individually to order. From time to time, we may share updates or special announcements with our community.

Alongside the core collection, select bespoke requests can be accommodated. This may include adjustments to existing designs or the creation of a one-of-a-kind piece.

Yes. You may place an order as a gift. Please include any relevant notes at checkout, or contact us if you would like assistance arranging delivery.

For standard items, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt, provided the garment is unworn and in its original condition.
As each Paget piece is made to order, custom and made-to-order garments are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if you have any concerns with the fit or finish of your piece, we encourage you to contact us. Where possible, we will work with you to make considered adjustments to ensure the garment meets expectations.
