Welcome to Paget London, a trading name of Sine Mora International Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13353731, whose registered address is 55 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7JW ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and which operates the website www.pagetlondon.com ("website").

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions govern your ("the Customer," "you," or "your") use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the website immediately.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ACCEPTABLE USE

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Paget London or its licensors. You may view and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes but may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You must not use this website in a way that:

  • Causes harm, disruption, or impairment to the website or its services.

  • Involves fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised activities.

  • Infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features of our website, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Paget London reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts if fraudulent or misleading activity is suspected.

4. ORDERING & PAYMENT

4.1 Placing an Order

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

4.2 Made to Order

Each Paget London piece is made to order. Production of your garment begins once your order is placed, and no piece is held in stock or produced in advance.

Please allow three to six weeks from the date of order for your garment to be completed before dispatch. Where a garment requires a longer lead time, we will inform you at the point of order.

If you have a specific date in mind, please contact us at info@pagetlondon.com before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.

4.3 Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept multiple payment methods, and by completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method. If an error in pricing occurs, we reserve the right to correct it before processing or cancel the order if necessary.

5. CANCELLATION, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

5.1 Cancelling an Order

Each piece is made to order and production begins shortly after your order is placed. To cancel, email info@pagetlondon.com as soon as possible. Where cutting has not begun, we will cancel and refund in full. Once cutting has begun, cancellation is at our discretion.

Bespoke commissions and pieces made in a customer’s chosen fabric are made to specification and are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not otherwise affected.

5.2 Fit, Alteration and Exchange

Every piece is made to your order in our London atelier. If the fit is not right, we will work with you to correct it. In most cases this is an alteration. Where alteration cannot achieve the correct fit, we will remake the piece in the correct size.

Requests must be made within fourteen days of delivery, and the garment must be unworn and in its original condition. You cover postage returning the piece to us. We cover postage returning it to you.

This applies to the core collection. Bespoke commissions are final.

5.3 Faulty, Incorrect or Delayed Items

If a piece arrives faulty, is not what you ordered, or is the wrong size through our error, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. If delivery is significantly delayed beyond the stated lead time, you are entitled to a full refund.

5.4 How to Request an Alteration or Exchange

Email info@pagetlondon.com with your order number and details. We will confirm the arrangement in writing before anything is returned.

5.5 Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be processed within fourteen days of our receiving the returned piece, to the original payment method.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

6.1 Delivery Timeframes

As all of our pieces are made to order, please allow three to six weeks from the date of ordering. Once your piece is ready it will be dispatched according to the delivery option selected. Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6.2 Delivery Charges

Delivery within the United Kingdom is complimentary. International delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout.

6.3 International Orders

For international deliveries, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Paget London is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES & ORDER DISCREPANCIES

7.1 Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 14 working days of receiving it. Contact us via email or post, providing your order number and supporting details.

7.2 Late or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within six weeks from the date of ordering, please notify us within seven days of the end of that period so we can investigate.

Once we verify an issue, we may:

  • Arrange a replacement or redelivery.

  • Offer a repair or exchange for faulty goods.

  • Process a refund for the affected item(s).

Paget London is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses due to delivery delays or issues. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the affected goods.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paget London is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, or data. While we strive to keep the website secure and up to date, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

This website may contain links to external sites that are not operated by Paget London. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites.
